REV^e assists clients navigate the complex and sometimes confusing transactional market for renewable energy projects in the United States. The REV^e team has experience in transaction advisory for renewable energy projects in the United States market across multiple technologies, including solar, wind, biomass, and landfill methane capture. Our company has the capacity to work with clients at all levels of a project’s value chain, and can provide strategic or market entry advice to new players that want to enhance their capabilities in that arena.

To support this work, REV^e has developed a valuation tool geared specifically toward valuing power purchase agreements (PPAs) for renewable energy projects at the project, corporate, and fund level. The REV^e model incorporates the various federal and state incentives so critical to clean energy projects in the U.S., and provides clients with accurate financial valuations with respect to their bottom line. Using this tool we are able to:
